The hotel is located in the heart of Ortigia on a charming backstreet, making it ideal for exploring the area. The rooms are spacious and modern, accessed through a communal courtyard, offering a comfortable stay. The service is exceptional, with very helpful and friendly staff, although key access is needed after 10.30 pm. The dining experience, while having a limited choice, is sufficient. Overall, a great location with clean and modern facilities at good value for money.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's hidden gem in the historic part of Syracuse. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with unexpected yet convenient kitchenette facilities. The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making my exploration of Ortigia even more enjoyable. The location was excellent, right at the heart of Ortigia on a serene and charming street. While the dining options offered a typical tourist breakfast, there was still a decent selection available.
